Precious moments at the beach! Reminds me of our annual trips with our kids to the Cape every summer. I love watching them exploring.

Oh to be young on the beach, sand in small toes. I miss seeing my kids playing in the sand. Lovely photos, Mari.

Makes me want to get my feet wet and run on the sand!  xo

What a precious endearing picture!! This is definitely one of the best photos I've seen in awhile as the child's enthusiasm and innocence are on full view for the world. Thanks for sharing :)

meant to add, thanks so much for visiting my tiny little sliver of the internet! Super envious of your Seattle status! I'm down in Vancouver, WA: not as glamorous, but at least I still have lovely views all the way around!

Kids at the beach make for some exciting photo opportunities. I captured lots of images of kids running in and out of the water for future posts. :D

It's fun to walk camera in hand and manage to snap off images like this. :D

I was wondering if she was related to you or some random child who was captured in a moment of bliss. She is adorable indeed :)

Mari Sterling Wilbur said...

She was so sweet playing at the edge of the waves but afraid to go in the water.

Thank you. I went to the beach intending to photograph the bright colored beach umbrellas, people, kids playing and romping dogs. I was not disappointed.

This is stunning! Perfect in every way.  It looks like Big Sur or at least somewhere along the California coastline. If so, I've spent many, many wonderful vacations along that coastline. :D

I love the beach too. Raised my kids at the beach for 25 wonderful years. Great memories.
