Flower Friday
I’m working on another post for my series on street
photography but haven’t gotten it finished. So, I decided to make this a Flower
Friday. I hope you enjoy my images.
Mari, Great flower images! I love the firest one of the grass the best. It has wonderful exposure, texture and detail... Great job :D Looking forward to that street post Aaron
Do you have any special tips on how to photograph flowers...I tried to take a bunch of pictures when the desert was blooming this summer, but they didn't turn out as good as I wanted them to.
FLOWERS THAT KEEP THE MIND FRESH, COLORS THAT CREATE LOVELY QUEST IN LIFE'S FLOATING CREST........THE PICTURES HAVE IT ALL, ORANGE, WHITE, YELLOW, GREEN.....LOVED THEM:))
All beauties, but the first flower takes the tiara. Also love the leaves photos. I think it really takes a photographic eye to take good photos of leaves. They don't have the obvious focus of a flower.
The photos are all so beautiful and full of eye-popping colors!! As I was scrolling down I tried to choose a favorite but that was impossible as they are all hold so much appeal. Thanks for sharing and I love Flower Friday!!
I probably have about 500 of the white Shasta Daisies on my hillside. More and more grow each year from the seeds dropping. They are lovely cut in vases too. Hugs back!
Hi AJ - this is the first year I've grown lilies. They are beautiful. Always try to come up with unusual angles for photos - it makes them more interesting. :D
Thank you for adding your photo. These are beautiful flowers and the photo is terrific. They are unusual - I've never seen any quite like them. Thank you for sharing!
I'd be more than happy to offer suggestions. I've done that for some of my followers. If you want to, email the photos to me at mariwilbur@gmail.com and tell me what kind of camera you use and what setting you use on the camera. No charge of course. Probably with some simple suggestions you'll be off and running taking great photos. :D
I'm trying to get out and get a lot of photos taken to carry me through the rainy winter. Unfortunately it always sneaks up on me. I'll get the post done and will probably be asking you for some photos for the next couple of posts. :D
Hi Bec - I had so much fun taking these. If I'd thought, I would have posted only one and then posted one a week until I ran out of flower images. Hindsight lol. Now I have to go take a bunch more flowers for Friday Flower photo day :D
I loved every image of the flowers you've taken. I liked how you've magnified each one of them like portraits. I like the blades of grass... very bright yet soft to the eyes... I like the green hue...would love to see more Mari...
I love shooting flowers. Jim from Holes in My Soles and I are thinking of starting a Flower Friday post that everyone can join in on. When we run out of flower photos we'll change to something else.
Thank you, Jim. Compliments on my photos are always special coming from you. I love that photo too although I had trouble getting up off the ground lol. 65 is not 25 or even 35. :D
